Meet Philip Warburg, Ph.D.

Philip Warburg, author, lawyer and former director of the Conservation Law Foundation, New England's oldest and largest environmental watchdog group.

Philip Warburg appeared on Science for the Public's Contemporary Science program June 28, 2016. to discuss his two books on renewable energy, Harvest the Wind: America's Journey to Jobs, Energy Independence, and Climate Stability (Beacon Press 2012, 2013) and Harness the Sun: America's Quest for a Solar-Powered Future (Beacon Press, 2015). . Mr Warburg explained the important role of the public in making the shift to renewable energy, and described his own experience in this regard. He also provided background on the various conflicts that accompany the energy change, and offered viable solutions to such problems.
